Femi Adebayo Reacts as Euphoria360 Hub’s Value Sparks Online Buzz

Femi Adebayo has expressed surprise after an X user claimed that his newly commissioned Euphoria360 Hub in Lagos is worth N40 billion.

The figure emerged online shortly after the creative facility in Oregun was officially unveiled, sparking discussions about the scale and possible cost of the project.

An X user, @Usmanashafe, congratulated the Nollywood actor and filmmaker on the facility, describing it as a hub for music videos, cinema productions and events before putting its alleged value at N40 billion.

Adebayo appeared taken aback by the claim.

Responding to the post on October 7, he wrote: “Valued at what?? What ?? How ? When, where ? Wow!”

His reaction quickly added another layer to the online conversation, as users began debating how much a facility of its size could actually be worth.

One X user later offered an independent estimate, suggesting that a project of the scale could cost between N1 billion and N2 billion.

Adebayo, however, did not provide his own valuation or confirm either figure. Instead, he responded to the discussion by writing: “Grace of God is sufficient for me.”

The N40 billion valuation therefore remains an unverified claim circulating online and has not been confirmed by Adebayo or his company.

The Euphoria360 Hub was officially commissioned on October 6 by Lagos State Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat. Located in Oregun, Ikeja, the facility serves as the headquarters of Adebayo’s Euphoria360 Media Limited.

The hub was established as a multi-purpose creative facility offering production, post-production, distribution and training services to filmmakers and other creatives.

Its facilities include film and photography studios, cinema spaces, editing suites, music production facilities and a podcast studio. It also has conference rooms, makeup and dressing rooms and dedicated training spaces.

While the project has attracted considerable attention since its unveiling, Adebayo has not suggested that it carries a N40 billion price tag.

His reaction to the original claim, in fact, appeared to question how the figure was arrived at, leaving the widely circulated valuation without an official basis.
